RCF Site Policies: To ensure everyone has a fun and enjoyable time here on RCF, we must enforce some basic rules before you can hop in and participate. Please read through them carefully. We expect everyone to know and understand our policy, thus, you will not be excused if you say you "didn't know/understand them." If you have any questions regarding the rules, please don't hesitate to contact a staff member.
Messages & Behavior on RCF
1. Advertising other sites is strictly prohibited
Advertising other websites is not allowed. This applies to all areas of the site, including the chatbox, forum, and private messages. Advertising will immediately result in a permanent ban and IP blacklisting
Advertising extends to:
1) asking members to join websites
2) recruiting members to personal sites/forums.
3) linking members to registration URLs
2. Double-posting is prohibited
Please refrain from double-posting. "Double-posting" is posting consecutively without any other posts from another member in between. If you forgot to add something to your previous post and no one has posted after you yet, use the edit button to edit your previous post and add information. You may only "bump" a thread with a double-post after 24 hours with no reply from any other member.
3. Do not use the Staff Moderation Box
Members are not allowed to use staff moderation boxes. However, members are still welcome to remind others about the Site Rules.

4. Please use at least 3 words in a post
When posting on the forum, please use at least 3 words. This helps us fight spam and encourages meaningful messages and content.
5. Be Appropriate!
We are PG-13, which means NO mature/adult content. This also includes asking for personal information. No flaming, harassing, profanity, abusive language or abbreviations, personal attacks, racial, religious, ethnic, or other slurs. WCF has a zero-tolerance policy on abusive/inappropriate content and your account will be immediately suspended. Also, religion and politicial issues should not be discussed in the forums.
6. No plagiarism or art theft
All posted stories, texts, images, and artwork are the property of RCF or their respective owners/creators. Members are not allowed to take any material on RCF and reuse it elsewhere without the owner's permission. This is a legal issue, and RCF will fully cooperate with authorities in the event of a litigation.
Chatbox Rules
Please take note that RCF automatically saves all chatbox content, regardless of clears made by moderators. Tech Team staff are able to monitor all chatbox activity remotely.
1. No spamming with malicious intent
Any post or series/continuation of posts that are purposely meant to hinder chatbox performance and disrupt the ability for others to have a conversation on the chatbox are prohibited. Chatbox moderators have the authorization to revoke your chatbox privileges.
2. No inappropriate content
As said above, advertising other forums or personal websites, abusive language, racial slurs, and inappropriate content, are not allowed in the chatbox. You will lose your chatbox priviledges on the first offense along with a PM lock. If found to be advertising, you will be permanently banned and blacklisted.
Profiles, Avatars, and Accounts
1. No inappropriate avatars
Your avatar is not an advertising banner, so avatars with external website names or URLs are prohibited. If there is a violation, you will lose your privilege to display an avatar. Sexually oriented, gore and any other type avatars that are considered to be inappropriate must be avoided.
2. No inappropriate content in your profile
Your profile fields (Location, Hobbies, Custom Rank, Family, etc.) are not an advertising space, so links (to your forum or other sites) are prohibited. Inappropriate language is also prohibited.
3. No videos in your signature
Please refrain from putting videos in your signature. They cause the threads to lag and is also inconvenient for others to scroll down a forum thread and see the same video over and over.
4. No Double/Multiple Accounts
We monitor IP addresses to ensure you are not creating multiple accounts. Users are not allowed to create more than one account on RCF. Siblings are on RCF are exempt.
Possible Sanctions (Lowering of your warning level)
Green bar - You have no warnings
Yellow bar - You have 1 warning
Orange bar - You have 2 warnings
Red bar - You have 3 warnings OR 1 serious warning
White/Empty bar - You are banned
- If you advertise your website you will be immediately banned
- For those who use WP to raise their bar, remember that the Warnings you've received from Administrators still shows up for Staff and you will not be excused for a second, same offense.
Warnings are official reductions in your warning level. If you break a minor offense (such as double-post) for the first time, we'll give you a reminder. This is not a warning. The term "Warning" applies only to when we lower your Warning level.
The Staff here at RCF asks you to please follow our rules. We do not want to ban or warn you as much as you don't want to get banned or warned. However, we treat all members on a equal basis, meaning no one will be exempt from our policies. Don't be the idiot who advertises a website and gets banned.
